Gorgias Rules can't reach Shopify Flow on their own

Gorgias Rules automate inside Gorgias — assigning, tagging, and replying to tickets — but they don't call a Shopify Flow or a Shopify-side webhook macro out of the box; teams reach for an external connector to bridge the two (Gorgias Rules FAQ). So a "VIP ticket just arrived" signal can't natively trigger a Shopify customer tag or priority workflow.

Flow Plus bridges it with a single webhook. Send the Gorgias ticket event to your Flow Plus channel, map ticket ID, subject, customer email, and priority onto Field1..Field8 (full payload in JSONString), and Shopify Flow tags the customer as a VIP, escalates priority, and alerts your CX team — all without writing code.
